Returns & Exchanges

We are confident you love your new Seatop purchase. However, if for any reason you would like to return or exchange the item you’ve purchased you have 28 days from receiving your item to do so.

We have made every effort to simplify the returns and exchanges process. Please see the relevant section and follow the procedure for quick processing of your return or exchange.

US Orders:

1. Send us an email to sales@seatop.com to inform us of your wish to return or exchange your item. Include in your email the reason for your wish to return.

2. Include in your email your order number. This can be found in the original email you received after the purchase or on the packing slip.

3. Specify in your email whether you want to return the item for a refund of the item price, or if you would like us to send you another item in exchange. (Please note that our ability to send you a different size or different colour is subject to stock availability).

Once we have processed your email, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Please write the RAN you received from us on the package and send the package to:

We strongly recommend using an insured, traceable method and cannot be held accountable for lost packages.

Returned Packages:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please send back the item in its original unused condition with the labels and tags attached using the original packaging.

When we receive the returned package will be inspect it and restock it. You will get an email from us in 2-5 business days confirming the return was received and that your claim was accepted. Depending on whether you are returning for a refund or exchanging, we will either issue you with a refund or send you a different item as the case may be.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed through the same charge method as the original order. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Once we have received your returned package we will process your exchange request. Exchanged items will be sent to you by Standard Shipment, free of charge. If you require faster exchanged product delivery, consult with our customer service representative for available options.

International orders:
