Payments
We strive to make your payment and checkout experience better. We currently accept payments using the following types of cards and methods:

Prices
Prices quoted are in American Dollars (USD) and do not include taxes. Seatop charges a sales tax on all orders to Virginia. Seatop pay collected taxes to the state of Virginia as mandated by the local state government.
Shipping & Deliveries
Customer service is very important to us at Seatop. To ensure you receive your order quickly we ship orders daily, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. In line with our commitment to good customer service we endeavour to ship orders placed by 1pm Eastern Time on business days, that the same day. Orders received outside of these times on these days will be shipped on the next business day. Orders received on weekends and on holidays will similarly be shipped on the next available business day. During high demand periods such as the holidays there may be a small delay in our normal order proceeding procedure. From time to time we may also be short on stock. In the rare event that these delays or shortages occur, we will inform you as quickly as possible.
1. Orders to USA destination
Seatop ships orders to all US destinations through the Standard shipping service. If you would like to receive your parcel quicker, Seatop offers expedited 2-day service you can select at checkout.
Domestic Shipping Services:
- Standard shipping. Orders shipped using this service are delivered within 2-6 business days.
- 2-day shipping. Orders shipped using this service are guaranteed delivery within two business days.
2. International orders
Orders are shipped using an International standard shipping service. If you would like to receive your parcel quicker, Seatop offers international expedited shipping service.
International Shipping Services:
- International standard shipping. Delivery may take between 10-21 days.
- International expedited shipping. Delivery is guaranteed within 4-8 business days.
Please note that occasionally international deliveries may take longer to arrive at their destination. Such delays are often caused by the destination country’s customs clearance procedures. Delays may also be caused by holidays, strikes or any such event that disrupts usual delivery operations.
